The Alchemist's amulet does not affect this recipe because it does not create an eligible three-dose potion. It consumes no stored charges for this variant. Prescription goggles still apply to the secondary ingredients. The goggles remain equipped throughout the session and the amulet is charged beforehand. No additional clicks or downtime are included. The completed output, Herblore experience rate, click intensity, action speed, and afkiness remain unchanged. The item is produced directly and does not use potion doses. The quantities assume approximately 1,960 completed items per hour.
