Simply click very quickly between the stack of unfinished bolts and feathers. Click on the unfinished bolts or feathers to Use them, then double-click the other item on all subsequent clicks. This will complete the first Use action and immediately highlight the next item to Use again. Blurite bolts (unf) are untradeable, so this method cannot be stocked through the Grand Exchange and the unfinished bolts must be obtained manually before training. This method assumes that 3,000 actions of 10 are made per hour.
