This variant assumes that you are using the Al Kharid range, which is the closest range to a bank in F2P, with level 1 Agility and 0 kg of weight. You can do this method with level 1 Cooking, but it is recommended to have at least level 34 Cooking to stop burning the meat. This article assumes that the player never burns the meat. Each inventory takes around 88.4 seconds to complete, which is around 40.7 inventories per hour: - 7.6 seconds to run from the bank to the range. This takes around 14.36 seconds when walking. - 0.6 seconds to select option in the menu. - 67.2 seconds to cook the full inventory. - 7.6 seconds to run back to the bank. This takes around 14.36 seconds when walking. - 5.4 seconds to restock. Since the player spends more time standing still than running, run energy regenerates faster than it is spent. This means the method can be done while running continuously. Each cycle regenerates around 21.95 run energy points. Each cycle spends around 14.9 run energy points.
